Loyalty Program & Individual Discounts: Your purchases come back to you!

 At Alania Workshop, we believe in craftsmanship, quality, and lasting relationships. We want to show our appreciation for choosing us to prepare your historical equipment. That is why we have created a system where every purchase in our workshop works to your benefit.

 

1. Collect points for rewards: Every activity in our workshop brings you closer to unique rewards.

  • Purchases: You receive 4 points for every 1 € spent.

  • Review a product: For every product review you leave on our website, you will receive an extra 10 points.

  • Claiming Rewards: Exchange your collected points for historical gear available in our rewards catalog when placing your next order.

  • Validity: Your points do not expire. Collect them for as long as you like!

    How to redeem points for rewards? (Instructions)

    It's easy! To browse the catalog of available products and exchange your points, follow these three steps:

    1. Log in to your account in our shop.

    2. Go to: Customer panel > Loyalty program.

    3. Click: See rewards for points.

    There you will find a list of all historical treasures that you can add to your order using your collected points.

2. Permanent Discounts for Enthusiasts

The more you order, the lower the prices you see after logging in. The system automatically assigns you to a discount level based on your total spend:

  • Level I –  After spending a total of 550 €, you get a 3% permanent discount.

  • Level II – After spending a total of 1,125 €, you get a 5% permanent discount.

  • Level III – After spending a total of 2,000 €, you get a 7% permanent discount.

Note: All benefits stack! You still earn points even when buying with your permanent discount.

A few simple rules (The important stuff)

  • Everything stacks: Even if you buy products using your permanent discount, you still earn points for every Euro spent.

  • Returns: If you decide to return a product, the points earned for that product will be deducted from your account, and the purchase amount will not count towards the discount threshold.

  • Privacy: Both programs are intended exclusively for individuals with a registered account at Alania Workshop.

  • Changes: Should we ever decide to change these rules, we will notify you by email at least one month in advance.
