Order Processing Time at Alania Workshop
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Below you'll find information on how long it takes to prepare your package for shipment.
What is Order Processing Time?
Order processing time is the period we need to prepare your order for dispatch. This includes:
- Payment verification.
- Gathering products from stock.
- Packaging your parcel.
- Handing over the shipment to the courier or parcel locker.
Please remember that processing time is not the same as delivery time, which is the additional time the courier needs to deliver the package to your specified address.
Standard Processing Time
For most products available in our inventory, we aim to process orders very efficiently.
Standard order processing time is usually 3-5 business days.
"Made-to-Order" Products – Crafted Especially for You
Many of our unique products are marked as "Made-to-Order." This means they are crafted from scratch, specifically for you, after your order is placed. This approach guarantees the highest quality and personalization but requires a longer preparation time.
For "made-to-order" products, the processing time can range from 7 business days or more, depending on the complexity of the product.
The exact estimated processing time for each "made-to-order" product is always provided directly in the product description. Please check this information before placing your order.
Important Information
- Please remember that processing time refers to business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- The total time until you receive your order = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
