Orders & Products

1. How do your products differ from mass-produced items?

We are a tailoring and handicraft workshop specializing in historical reconstruction. We craft each product with the utmost care, often by hand, from scratch, or as a custom order. We attach great importance to historical sources, which means our products are recreated with meticulous attention to period details. We prioritize quality, originality, and authenticity, setting us apart from mass production.

2. Do you have a physical store? Where can I view your products?

We don't have a physical retail store. We operate exclusively online to focus on creating unique products and delivering them directly to you. You can find all available designs and collections on our website, Facebook, and Instagram.

3. Can I order a custom-sized or personalized product?

Yes, many of our products offer the option for personalization or custom sizing based on your provided measurements. You'll find information about these possibilities in the description of the specific product. Please remember that custom-made products may have a longer processing time and are not eligible for returns (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

4. What does "made-to-order product" mean?

"Made-to-order product" means that the item is not ready for immediate dispatch. We begin creating it from scratch only after you place your order. This ensures you receive a unique and freshly made product. The processing time for such items is always stated in their description.


Payments & Shipping

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments (fast bank transfers, credit/debit cards) through a secure payment operator Autopay. Traditional bank transfers and PayPal are also possible.

6. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated in your cart after you provide your shipping address. Detailed information regarding order processing time (i.e., preparing the product for shipment) and delivery time (i.e., delivery by the carrier) can be found in the "Shipping Time and Costs" and "Order Processing Time" sections.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship our products both within Poland and internationally. International shipping costs and available methods are calculated in your cart after you provide your shipping address.


Returns & Complaints

8. Can I return a purchased product?

Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it's not a custom-made or personalized item. You can find detailed information on the return procedure in the "Returns & Complaints" section.

9. What should I do if a product arrived damaged or is defective?

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. Describe the issue, attach photos if possible, and provide your order number. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible. Even personalized products are eligible for complaints due to defects. You'll find more information in the "Returns & Complaints" section.
