- Poczta Polska (Polish Post): Economical delivery via registered mail or postal parcel.

Shipping costs depend on the chosen method and the value of your order.
Free Shipping! We occasionally offer free shipping for orders covered by a temporary promotion; please check the product details for eligibility.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order consists of two elements:

Order Processing Time: This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order at our workshop. This usually takes 2-3 business days.
- "Made-to-Order" Products: Many of our products are crafted from scratch specifically for you. For items marked as "made-to-order," the processing time will be longer and can extend up to a month or more, which is always clearly described on the product's individual page.

Delivery Time by Carrier: This is the time it takes for the courier to deliver the parcel once it has been dispatched.
- European Union Countries: Typically 7-14 business days from dispatch.
- United States & Canada: Typically 14-21 business days from dispatch.
- For other international destinations, estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Please note that these times are estimates and may change during peak sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, pre-holiday season) or due to delivery issues beyond our control.
